Our School Lunches

We are able to offer healthy, hot lunches, freshly cooked on site by our own Chef - Mrs Tribbeck!

All meals comply fully with the School Meals’ National Standards.  You will see that our Chef has developed a two week rotating menu.  Your child can have a hot lunch every day, or just on selected days, however we would kindly request that you pre-order the meals required for the full term. The cost of the meal is £2.50. Children in EYFS, Year 1 & Year 2 are entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM).

It would be helpful if you could pay for the whole term, but we do understand that some of you would prefer to pay weekly.  This is not a problem.  There is a facility for providing free school lunches for those on income support or other benefits.  If required, please complete the form below.

If your child is not having hot lunches, please provide them with a lunch box.  Lunch boxes should not contain nuts, fizzy drinks or sweets. The Midday Supervisory Assistants, who cover the lunch times, will help your children open yoghurts etc (please supply spoons).

Please log on to ParentPay to see the current lunch menu selection and to book the days required for your child.

From September 2014 ALL infant children, those in reception, year 1 and Year 2, are entitled to free school meals. However, if your child would have been entitled to free school meals under the old system because you are receiving qualifying benefits, the government will give your school a Pupil Premium of £1320.00. But for the school and your child to benefit from this money we need to know that you are receiving a qualifying benefit. If you are, please let us know by completing the form below
